After over 20 years in real estate, Teresa still gets excited about one thing most of all: handing over the keys and watching her clients walk into a home that just feels right. Her connection to homes started long before real estate. As a former interior decorator and the daughter of a carpenter, Teresa grew up understanding how homes are built, how they function, and how thoughtful design can completely transform a space. She naturally helps clients look beyond what’s in front of them, seeing potential and recognizing quality craftsmanship, imagining what could be. With decades of experience navigating changing markets, Teresa brings calm confidence and steady guidance to every step of the process. She believes buying or selling a home should feel informed, supported, and even enjoyable. From the first conversation to closing day, she is committed to making sure her clients feel cared for, prepared, and completely at home in their decisions.

• Family: When I’m not helping clients buy or sell, you’ll usually find me with my family, at home, on vacation, or cheering on the grandkids at their latest sporting event. It’s my favorite place to be!
• Buckeye at Heart: I attended The Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College and graduated with a degree in business, that continues to serve me well in real estate today.
• Seamstress: I learned to sew at my Granny’s side and never stopped. From first communion dresses to Parade of Homes window treatments, and even 150 handmade Christmas stockings donated last year, creating things with care has always been part of who I am.
• March Is My Month: Daylight savings, St. Patrick’s Day, the first signs of spring… and of course, March Madness. From Selection Sunday to Cinderella stories, it’s basically my Super Bowl of joy.
• Small-Town Roots: I was raised in a small town where everyone knew your name and kindness mattered. That foundation shaped me—grounded, grateful, and always leading with warmth.
