Fox in the Snow, which already runs four Central Ohio bakeries in Dublin, German Village, Italian Village and New Albany, opened a new location in the old FUSIAN space at 79 S. State St. The shop's souffled egg sandwich has real credentials attached to it. And a mile up Polaris Parkway, the district picked up a genuine anchor. The through-line is that these are not chain rollouts happening to Westerville. They are operators who chose Uptown after watching Fox in the Snow, High Bank, North High and Asterisk make the block work.
